What Data We Collect
Khloe temporarily stores the following data for leaderboard functionality:
- Discord Username
- Discord Avatar
- Discord User ID
- Game scores (Alphabet game and Filipino lyric quiz)
Data Retention
All leaderboard data is automatically deleted every 24 hours.
Example: if you score at 10:00 PM, that score will be removed at 10:00 PM the next day.
Data Usage
Data is only used for displaying leaderboards within the bot's games.
No data is shared, sold, or used for advertising.
Your Rights
You may stop using Khloe at any time to cease any data processing.
As data is deleted every 24 hours, no permanent records are kept.
