Khloe Bot - Commands

General Commands

!lyrics Starts a Filipino Song Lyrics Quiz game. Khloe will send a line from a song—answer in chat to score points! If a dedicated quiz channel is set, this command will only work there. This command is disabled during active tournaments. Use !tournament_lyrics instead.
!lyrics start Shortcut for !lyrics. Starts a new lyrics quiz round.
!lyrics_channel set Admin Restricts the Lyrics Quiz to the current channel. In this channel, only quiz commands will work—no alphabet game, mentions, or random replies.
Example: Run in #lyrics-quiz to use only that channel for quizzes.
!lyrics_channel remove Admin Removes the lyrics quiz channel restriction. Quiz commands will be available in all channels again.
!lyrics_channel info Shows which channel, if any, is set as the exclusive lyrics quiz channel for your server.

!start_tournament [duration] [min_players] Admin Creates a new lyrics quiz tournament. Duration can be 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Minimum players defaults to 5 if not specified. Example: !start_tournament 30 8 - Creates a 30-minute tournament requiring 8 players minimum Only server admins can create tournaments. Regular lyrics quiz is disabled during tournaments.
!join_tournament Join an upcoming tournament that's waiting for players. Players must join before the tournament can start. You must join to participate! Only joined players can play and earn points in the tournament.
!begin_tournament Creator Starts the tournament once enough players have joined. Can only be used by the tournament creator. The tournament won't start until the minimum number of players has joined.
!tournament_lyrics Play the lyrics quiz in tournament mode. Only works during active tournaments and only for players who joined. Tournament scores are separate from the regular global leaderboard.
!tournament_info Shows information about the current tournament, including time remaining, participant count, and current standings.
!cancel_tournament Creator Cancels a pending tournament before it starts. Can only be used by the tournament creator.
!end_tournament Admin Ends an active tournament early and displays final results. Can be used by the tournament creator or server admins.

How Tournaments Work

1. Creation: An admin creates a tournament with !start_tournament, setting duration and minimum players
2. Join Phase: Players join with !join_tournament until minimum player count is reached
3. Start: The creator starts the tournament with !begin_tournament
4. Play: Joined players use !tournament_lyrics to play and earn points (regular !lyrics is disabled)
5. End: When time expires, final results are displayed and regular quiz mode is restored

Random Replies and Interactions

Mention Khloe (by tag or writing "khloe") or reply to her message—she'll respond with a random Tagalog line!
Type "hugot" in your message and Khloe will give you a hugot/quote.
Type gm, good morning, gmorning, or gmoaning and Khloe sends a morning greeting.

A to Z Alphabet Game

Play the classic A-Z game! Type a single letter in chat to take your turn. Khloe will guide the flow.
Not available in the dedicated lyrics quiz channel if set.

Lyrics Quiz Channel Restriction

Server admins can set a channel exclusively for the Filipino Song Lyrics Quiz using !lyrics_channel set.
In that channel, only quiz commands are allowed. All other features (mentions, alphabet game, hugot, random replies) are disabled.
If set, quiz commands will only work in the dedicated channel—users will be directed there if they try elsewhere.
Remove the restriction anytime using !lyrics_channel remove.

Tournament Mode NEW

Create time-limited, competitive quiz tournaments with their own leaderboards.
During tournaments, regular quiz mode is disabled and only tournament participants can play.
Scores in tournaments are tracked separately from the global leaderboard.
Tournament duration can be 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and you can set a minimum required player count.
